Dr. Coy is very calming, listens and answers all questions.

Dr. Coy is, without question, one of the finest in his profession. I would rate him above the Very Good rank in each of the above categories. He goes above and beyond every time I see him, from a minor procedure to the more extensive work I have required. He genuinely cares about me as a patient and as a person. He seeks perfection in his craft and I trust that when an extra step in required in my dental care or an intervening procedure is recommended by him that it is because he will never cut corners. I cannot say enough about Dr. Coy. The Cleveland Clinic is extremely lucky to have him on staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Coy for a few years. He is an excellent Doctor, always respectful, and always concerned about my health. There are no medications involved.

Dr. Coy is a great doctor and I like him. The procedure of scheduling subsequent appointments is not at all conducive to someone who works and can't wait on the phone in a hold queue. Even MyChart isn't totally convenient. I have to ask for the last appointment of the day in order to take off the most minimal time my employer permits. Dr. Coy's last appointment means that I have to take off of work 1.5 hrs. (time that I have to make up that week). It is a royal pain trying to get this appointment. The schedulers always want to schedule me in the middle of the day which I cannot. do. The time on the phone to wait for them to check if I can get the last appointment of the day is way too long to be on the phone. I always try to schedule the next appointment while I am physically at CCF so I avoid waiting on the phone. This is not a good system either as you wait on a visitor's chair in a hallway when the schedulers sit in their cubbies oblivious of the fact that people are waiting. This is not a good system. I end up having to pay more for parking because I was forced to wait till a scheduler is available to help me. At this visit of 4/23, I was told that the doctor's schedule does not go out that far to enable me to schedule my next appointment, so I will be stuck again trying to schedule via phone or MyChart. They should figure out a better system.
