Colleen Laffey was amazing. She covered all the bases. Answered all our questions and addressed our concerns in a professional manner, yet personable. We would highly recommend her.

To be fair I felt like she had gotten the reports of my test and I felt she did not feel there was much to discuss and I did not have any serious questions

We drove 6 1/2 hours to make this appointment and it was worth it. We also got to see Dr. Collier,, which visit was wonderful.

Dr. Lafferty/Dr. Griffin, both were excellent in providing information and answers to my questions. They were warm, friendly, and professional.

I was extremely impressed with Colleen. She was conscientious and she was a driver behind my getting a follow up appointment in electrophysiology. She escorted me to a scheduler, I think her name was Valerie, and they were both very conscientious about helping me out.

I am very fortunate and thankful to have been under Dr. Griffin's excellent care for 20+ years. He is a fine physician who explains the condition well and puts the patient at ease. He is a fine ambassador for the Clinic. Hearing that Colleen has a personal connection to the same part of Ireland as Dr. Griffin made my visit even more enjoyable.
