I missed my appointment time of 4:00pm thinking it was at 4:20pm. I got stuck in traffic and got in at 4:35 and was told his last appointment is at 4:00pm. The doctor said he would see me and had his asst who was probable leaving at 4:30pm boot everything back up. I really appreciated his and the staff's extra effort due to my mistake!

He provided helpful, easy to understand information. I did feel a little scolded for not following all recommendations in the past. I could see this being a hindrance to other patients in the future.
