Sabrina is top notch and helping me pinpoint the Issues related to my GI function. She is thorough, very empathic and completely supportive. She's the first GI professional to really "get" the Gestalt of what I'm dealing with and patient and resourceful in her approach.

Sabrina Hollowell was fantastic. Very concerned for my issues. Asked a lot of questions. Scheduled bloodwork and x-rays sent me results even at 7:30 in the morning. Was very thorough. and will communicate with my primary doctor.

Sabrina was phenomenal! She listened to everything I had to say and was genuinely concerned about my issue. She discussed needed tests and answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed or like I was just a number. She was very caring and compassionate! She's definitely a 10+!!!

My care from this provider was easily the best care I have received from a doctor that I can remember. She took her time, asked lots of questions to get a very clear view on my conditions and symptoms, seem to really care about identifying my condition and helping me to feel better. She was also extremely knowledgeable about my condition and answered my questions patiently and clearly.

Gastroenterology needs to improve communication between providers and with patient. I have been 6 months trying to get addressed relatively simple issues but ones that required a professional to be on top of prescriptions, their assigned expirations and did that align with the patient's symptom relief. An unnecessary gap and set back occurred because of poor communication and poor follow through.

My appointment was canceled 3 times with the 4th one actually happening. I was told Dr Lye wasn't at Clinic in Dec and each cancelation was with a different excuse. Rcvd letter from Clinic just last week telling me her last day was March 1st. ???

The appointment itself was easy to make and Dr. Hollowell was fantastic, however we had to drive 45 minutes for the appointment because nothing was available sooner in the Stow (44224) area.
