Dr Omotoye has always been such a good communicator at all levels. Always speaks with respect, listens extremely well and responds in terms I can understand and then align actions for self care around what he is "teaching me"

Dr. Omotoye was super! He explained my options In layman's terms, told me my options, and gave me his recommendation. On the day of my surgery, Dr. Omotoye introduced his entire surgical team to me before my ablation. He skillfully performed my procedure so that I have not had any problems with my ablation.

It was disconcerting that there was miscommunication about my medication regimen. Especially since I had messaged earlier with this specific question and I never heard anything back. I ended up making my own medical decision that was not the right choice! Also, I noticed that the doctor never listened to my heart or lungs. I asked some questions, but I also expected the doctor to ask me some questions but he never did.

The communication in this dept is not seamless. There are not enough providers to answer all the questions and the responses back on 'mychart' are not very clear. In retrospect, it can make it feel like "the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing"
