Dr. Mays was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. I wasn't too comfortable having a visiting doctor in the room, but he tried to be as unobtrusive as possible. I wish I could have asked more questions of Dr. Mays.

Dr Mays was great, she asked me what treatment I wanted to have done and I thought that was a very good thing to do! When I left my appointment, she phoned me to wish me a happy birthday! It made me smile even though I still had a mild headache.

Dr. Mays listened to everything that I had to say and came up with a plan that worked for the both of us. She didn't just tell me what to do. Before finalizing medications or tests she made sure to ask me if I was comfortable with the changes being made. She also took her time and didn't make me feel like I was a bother to her. That is very hard to find these days. It was very much appreciated. As well as the nurse.
