I had a specific date given to me but I received a text message saying it was something else. I had to rearrange my schedule in order to go to the appointment that was given to me by the doctor's office.

It was amazing experience to meet Karen and she liked to explain about everything that I asked.

This was my first time seeing Practitioner Guy. I liked her! She was very friendly, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable. She listened and answered questions as well. Before seeing her, I was very apprehensive because the doctor that I was seeing previously, I had seen her for years. I thought that I would have a problem adjusting to someone new right away. To my surprise, however, the medical transition was easy.

Had high level of difficulty being able to contact my provider after the appointment even though I was told I would be able to call her to follow up on recurring symptoms in order to get an antibiotic. Got transferred many times and at the end was told it did not even get to the right office and they would try to leave a message.

Given the circumstances I would have liked to be able to schedule with my OBGYN and promptly. I was unable to get an appt, so I scheduled this appt. She was very pleasant and kind. I just wish that I could schedule with the doctor that I need in an urgent situation.

She was respectful and kind but wasn't confident. The initial visit template which prompted her questions were redundant and repetitive. It does not seem like she's had adequate training to function independently with initial visit fetal ultrasounds.

Took her time, read medial history and was fixated on anything I was fixated on!

I am truly happy and grateful to see a BLACK provider. I enjoyed everything about my visit.

Everyone was great except for the provider herself. She should trying yawning less during a conversation and try listening. I felt I wasted my time and my pto with this appointment.

My provider, Karen Johnson-Guy, epitomized the kind of quality care that I associate with Cleveland Clinic. She was professional, considerate and friendly. She explained what was happening at every step of my exam, and explained my options regarding a small polyp that was discovered. There was no hesitation on my part to have her remove it.
