When I expressed my thoughts about a medication I was taking,, Naz immediately Acknowledged it and concurred with the positive effect It was having on me. She then ordered the change in dosage for me. She eagerly showed interest in me as a patient. Displayed knowledge of the med. It was a very comfortable visit for me. She is a lovely NP.

Provider would not listen to my concerns and questions, appeared very annoyed and seemingly did not want to listen to me. I spent more time talking with the nurse. Provider rushed in and out. Repeatedly diminished my medical and health complaints as if they aren't important or negatively affecting me. Never asked about pre-appointment depression or anxiety questionnaires. Appt was made for breast lump and provider refused to listen or talk about other possible related symptoms and was told I would need another appointment to discuss anything further.
