Cleveland Clinic physicians and scientists may collaborate with the pharmaceutical or medical device industries to help develop medical breakthroughs or provide medical expertise or education. Cleveland Clinic strives to make scientific advances that will benefit patient care and support outside relationships that promise public benefit. In order for the discoveries of Cleveland Clinic physicians' and scientists' laboratories and investigations to benefit the public, these discoveries must be commercialized in partnership with industry. As experts in their fields, Cleveland Clinic physicians and scientists are often sought after by industry to consult, provide expertise and education.
To assure professional and commercial integrity in such matters, Cleveland Clinic maintains a program that reviews these collaborations and, when appropriate, puts measures in place to minimize bias that may result from ties to industry. Cleveland Clinic publicly discloses the names of companies when (i) its physicians/scientists receive $5,000 or more per year (or, in rare cases, equity or stock options) for speaking and consulting, (ii) its physicians/scientists serve as a fiduciary, (iii) its physicians/scientists receive or have the right to receive royalties or (iv) its physicians/ scientists hold any equity interest for the physician's/scientist's role as inventor, discoverer, developer, founder or consultant.* In publicly disclosing this information, Cleveland Clinic tries to provide information as accurately as possible about its physicians' and scientists' connections with industry.
As of 1/24/2018, Dr. Yogi-Morren has reported no financial relationship with industry that is applicable to this listing. In general, patients should feel free to contact their doctor about any of the relationships and how the relationships are overseen by Cleveland Clinic. Public Health Service-Reportable Financial Conflicts of Interest. Cleveland Clinic scientists and physicians engage in basic, translational and clinical research activities, working to solve health problems, enhance patient care and improve quality of life for patients. Interactions with industry are essential to bringing the researchers' discoveries to the public, but can present the potential for conflicts of interest related to their research activities. Dr. Yogi-Morren is one of the kindest, most professional and empathetic physicians with whom I have my care. She explains everything so well and so clearly. The staff was so helpful when I told them I left my phone in the limousine I always take to the clinic. The receptionist called the service, gave directions to the office and were so excited to be instrumental in recovering my phone!

this was my first visit to Cleveland Clinic and I was extremely pleased in the staff and service. I just wish it was closer to where I lived!! they also needed to explain that my local Dr. cannot except certain things from Drs. at Cleveland Clinic and the lab forgot to give me rerun packets for my saliva tests so more had to be shipped and I had to redo the tests. otherwise, great visit

I appreciate how helpful and insightful the doctor was about the thyroid,, its delicate balance and effects on our cardiovascular and and endocrine system, and how they are interrelated. She carefully explained information that is very helpful to me, and was very upbeat and pleasant. Together we mapped out action items and things to do to optimize my health..I am looking forward to working with Dr. Divya yogi-Morren as my endocrine physician.

I told the Nurse that checked me in that I needed medication refills and she marked down on my sheet that refills were needed, the Dr never mentioned the refills and I had to find another Nurse after the appointment to find out about them and one that I needed refills on I also had a blood test for and have not heard from the Doctor if she is keeping me on the same dose or increasing it and I have not heard anything about the refill.
