Dr. Rampazzo was amazing from start to finish. I was experiencing anxiety related to my procedure and each time I left his office I left feeling more confident, informed and at ease about the coming procedure. He took his time, explained things thoroughly, and intuitively put my mind at ease. At this point in my healing, the outcome of the procedure has exceeded my expectation with less pain than anticipated. Very happy with the care I received from Dr. Rampazzo and the Cleveland Clinic!

I very highly recommend Dr. Rampazzo. He Is both an expert and a doctor who really listens, very caring and very knowledgeable. He meets the patient where they are. He is not rushed but is calm and kind and works to problem solve issues in the patient's particular best interests. (He does not approach the patient with a cookie cutter formulaic response.) His bedside manner and ability to ask cogent questions demonstrate both strong expertise and an open, caring disposition and are a model for all nurses and doctors to learn from and follow.

He took the time to listen to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions to my understanding. He was very patient, courteous and knowledgeable. I was so glad that I left the other surgeon to go to him for a second opinion. I am now staying with him as my surgeon.

The doctor is wonderful, he knew my frustration. I had been waiting and calling for 4 MONTHS about an insurance approval and nobody would help me. Most of the time I left messages and nobody would call back.

My husband had Dr. Rampazzo for a similar surgery& was very pleased with Dr. Rampazzo & his surgical outcome. I signed up based on that evaluation& Dr. Rampazzo did not disappoint. He is very knowledgeable, willing to listen, and willing to share. His Concern throughout our experience has been very reassuring. And I appreciate his sense of humor!
