JUSTINE WAS TERRIFIC. EXPLAINED EVERYTHING BEFORE PROCEDURE, DURING & AFTER. WARNED OF COMING PAIN WHEN DOING EYELID. (IT WAS UNLIKE ANYTHING I HAVE HAD DONE. & SHE DID IT EXPERTLY)

Justine was delightful. Very knowledgeable and I trusted her with the option that we chose for my care path. I would recommend her to anyone in need of treatment and feel like CCF is lucky to have a caregiver like her.

Justin Filippelli Is simply a stupendous doctor. She is professional, knowledgeable and has excellent personal qualities. She was excellent at explaining the entire process. She even took time to educate me about the Issue. There simply are not enough positive words in the English language to describe Dr. Filippelli. She is the "best of the best" and deserves huge praise for her character and ability as a doctor. I would not hesitate to return to the Cleveland Clinic or Dr. Filippelli. Dr. Filippelli Is highly recommended and should be considered the top in her field. Thank you Dr, Filippelli!

There will only be positive words written about Dr. Filippelli. This positive survey could go on and on. I am already healing very well from the surgery she performed. Her care was superb. She could not have done anything more to make this visit better. She should be considered for an award for her ability as a doctor.
