Dr. Tracy Gulling-Leftwich, DO, is a healthcare professional based in Cleveland, Ohio with a focus in Hospice and Palliative Medicine. She graduated from the University of Connecticut Internal Medicine Residency in 2010 and practiced traditional internal medicine as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Hartford Hospital. She transitioned to primary care with The Hospital of Central Connecticut/Hartford Healthcare in 2011. In 2014, she left Connecticut and returned to Ohio to be closer to family. She joined Cleveland Clinic Department of Hospital Medicine from 2014-2023 at which time she decided to change careers to serve her patients in a different capacity. She left Cleveland Clinic in 2023 to complete a fellowship in Hospice and Palliative Medicine at MetroHealth. She has returned to Cleveland Clinic as a part of the Cancer Institute to practice Hospice and Home Palliative Medicine.
