About Radhai Prabhakaran, MD

Dr. Radhai Prabhakaran, MD., F.A.A.P., is a Pediatrician with Cleveland Clinic Children’s department of Community Pediatrics. She practices at Chestnut Commons Family Health Center, Elyria. She is board certified in Pediatrics and is a member of American Academy of Pediatrics. She completed her pediatric residency at Cleveland Clinic.

Dr. Prabhakaran completed her medical school at Chennai Medical College, Tamil Nadu, India in 1997. She trained in Pediatrics in United Kingdom for over 5 years, and became a member of the Royal College of Pediatrics and Child Health after completing her board exams. 

Her special interests include general Pediatric preventive care, care for children with disabilities, asthma, ADHD, obesity.

She is involved in medical student and resident teaching.

Dr Prabhakaran is professional but doesn't turn her nose up at us. she's very kind and so good with my kids, when my boy got uncomfortable she didn't push him to finish her physical assessment and was quick to distract him with play.

Dr. Prabhakaran is truly an amazing doctor. She is very kind and really explains everything thoroughly. Kaiden really loves her and she does a great job w/him. My daughter loves her too. I think she is an amazing doctor and would recommend her to others.
