Tried getting apt on MyChart. Tried calling. In each case I was told Dr. Brubaker didn't have availability until late April when I needed Feb/March. Subsequently I was informed Feb was fine and there was plenty of availability for apts. But why the initial conflict of scheduling ? Being told nothing until late April, and then anytime in Feb? Took several MyChart texts and phone calls to get it right. Never had this happen before.

I hope someone at the top actually reads this. If Dr.Brubaker moved to Siberia, I would pick up and follow her. She is caring, compassionate, bright as a whip, and a wonderful doctor.
