In addition to advanced specialty and primary care, some of the many services available include an outpatient surgery center, infusion suite for chemotherapy, full-scale imaging center, ortho express care clinic and retail optometry and pharmacy locations on site. The facility also offers a large physical therapy area with two pools for aquatic therapy. Same day appointments are available.

Press Ganey Guardian of Excellence Award
Richard E. Jacobs Health Center Emergency Department is winner of the 2014 and 2015 Press Ganey Guardian of Excellence Award. The award is given to departments in the 95th percentile for patient satisfaction survey scores between May 2013 and April 2014 & May 2014 and April 2015.
Lung Cancer Screening Program
A new screening program for lung cancer is now available at Richard E. Jacobs to eligible patients. Lung cancer screening is intended to look for the disease before it causes symptoms, and to reduce the number of people who die from lung cancer. Eligible patients are 55 to 77 years old with a smoking history of at least 30 pack years.
