Will the HEALTHeChart patient portal go away?

What if I already have a Cleveland Clinic MyChart account?

You will not need to create a new MyChart account. Information from Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital will now be available in your existing account.

Can I message my provider?

Starting June 18, 2022, you will be able to send a message to your provider’s office regarding a non-urgent medical concern, after you have had an appointment with your provider.

Can I schedule appointments?

The following scheduling options will be available starting June 18, 2022, once you have had a visit with your Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital provider:

Schedule My Appointment enables you to view your established provider’s open schedule and instantly book an appointment online. This feature is available for select specialty departments, and internal medicine, family medicine, and pediatrics.

Request an Appointment is available for all departments with your established providers, and enables you to select your preferred dates and times, or request the first available appointment. An appointment scheduler will book the appointment for you and send a secure message with the appointment details.

Can I pay my bill from a previous visit?

Online copay and bill payment options MyChart will be available in MyChart for visits that occur on or after June 18, 2022.
