To request a monitoring date to renew your instructor card, please send email to ahainstructors@ccf.org.
Roster Submissions
Cleveland Clinic AHA community aligned instructors: Please scan roster as attachment and email course roster to aharosters@ccf.org. Once received roster will be verified and eCards will be issued to your instructor inventory on the AHA Instructor Network.
AHA requires all AHA Training Centers to issue course completion cars within 20 days of successful course completion. To receive a course completion card, the student must complete the following: attend and participate in the entire course; pass required skills tests; pass required exams. The course completion card can only be issued directly to the individual who completed the AHA course.
