Description
The objective of this tissue and body fluid procurement protocol is to obtain sufficient quantities of benign and neoplastic tissue to support our current and proposed translational research studies. We intend to collect bio-specimens until our clinical, pathological and molecular signature, target and biomarker discovery and validation studies can be sufficiently powered to produce meaningful results.

Inclusion Criteria
All patients entering clinical care at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation (CCF) with a known or suspected diagnosis of cancer (or another risk-associated histologic type) or those who require removal of tissue (as a source of normal) will be considered as a potential source for these specimens and they will be considered for consent on this protocol to allow for collection of one or more of the above samples as appropriate.
