Description
Primary objectives:
To enumerate and categorize pediatric BMF and MDS NAPAAC-wide
To describe clinical characteristics and diagnostic modalities
To assess overall outcome and treatment outcomes
Secondary objectives
To identify new genotype-phenotype associations
To investigate response to treatment regimens
To evaluate rate and type of complications
To assess barriers in receiving optimal therapies and enrollment in clinical/research trials.
Inclusion Criteria
All patients have been seen by or treated for BMF or MDS in the departments of pediatric hematology oncology at participating NAPAAC centers.
