Description
The Cordio HearOâ„¢ is a software medical device that remotely monitors CHF patients by detecting changes in the patients' recorded voice relative to a baseline. It is a simple voice test with the potential to alert on fluid retention in the lungs and thereby help identify the onset of heart failure to reduce patient deterioration and prevent hospitalizations. This study will assess the ability of the Cordio App to detect patient deterioration based on vocal parameters thus providing effective technology-based home monitoring for HF patients. Participants will use the Cordio App daily.
