Description
Study Objective(s)
Detection of circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) evidence of underlying neoplastic clones underlying MGRS.
Compare the genomic features of MRGS with MGUS, SMM and/or MM.
Inclusion Criteria
• At least 18 years of age
• Diagnosed with either MGRS, MGUS, SMM or MM
Exclusion Criteria
• History of malignancy within 3 years before the sample collection (exceptions are squamous and basal cell carcinomas of the skin and carcinoma in situ of the cervix, or breast, or other non-invasive lesion, that in the opinion of the investigator, is considered cured with minimal risk of recurrence within 5 years)
