Description
The primary aim of this study is to maintain a data repository for pharmacogenomics genotyping performed on DNA purified from blood specimens drawn at the same time as routine blood draws in patients treated in the Pediatric Hematology/Oncology and BMT Department at Cleveland Clinic Children’s.
Inclusion Criteria
Patients of any age treated within the Department of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplant with cancer or blood disorders requiring supportive care medications (including but not limited to pain medication, nausea medications, anti-depressants etc.) will be eligible.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients who do not meet the above criteria will not be eligible to participate.
