Description
The purpose of this study is to obtain information from people with and without Parkinson's disease (PD) so that researchers may better understand how PD starts and progresses in order to better inform treatments. This study will collect information from clinical exams, brain imaging scans, blood/urine/cerebrospinal fluid samples, digital applications, and self-reported questionnaires.
PPMI at Cleveland Clinic is recruiting:
- Control volunteers
- People at risk of PD
- People with RBD sleep behavior disorder
- People with a first-degree family relative (sibling, parent, child) with PD
- People with certain genetic mutations (GBA, LRRK2, SNCA)

Inclusion Criteria
- 30 years or older

- Less than 30 years old
- Pregnant/breastfeeding
