Description

Description

We invite you to take part in a research study because you have inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), including Crohn’s disease (CD), ulcerative colitis (UC), and Indeterminate Colitis (IBDU).

The purpose of this study is to collect information on patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease to determine the natural course of the disease and to determine how procedures or treatments that may be recommended by your doctors may affect IBD and general health. Information about which treatments are being used and your response to these treatments will be collected to help researchers better understand how IBD is managed. In addition to participating in the main part of the study, we will ask if you agree to participate in three optional “sub-studies”.

Your participation in this research will last up to 5 years.
