MyChart Central

What Is MyChart Central?

Epic released MyChart Central across the Eastern region of hospital systems. You will notice a slight change to the Cleveland Clinic login page, and the mention of an Epic ID:

MyChart Central is a hub created by Epic that helps users access all their MyChart accounts from one place using a single login. This is especially beneficial for users who receive care from more than one healthcare organization. Users can also access MyChart Central in the MyChart mobile application.

To gain access, you must enroll in MyChart Central through the Linked Accounts section in their organization’s MyChart page:

You can also enroll on the MyChart Central home page:

You will require a new username (called Epic ID) and password for MyChart Central. This new “Epic ID” must be in the form of an email address. If you are enrolled in MyChart Central and try to log into your organization’s MyChart home page using your Epic ID/MyChart Central credentials, you will automatically be directed to the MyChart Central home page.

As part of the sign-up workflow, you will be required to verify both your phone number by method of one-time code texted to your phone, as well as your email address by method of one-time code to your email. Once verified, you will be prompted to create a password. Once that step is completed, you will be on your MyChart Central landing page.

Technical support

MyChart Central is owned by Epic. Cleveland Clinic does not support this application. If you are unable to log into MyChart Central, or need technical assistance with any other aspect of MyChart Central, fill out the MyChart Central Help form.
