Cleveland Clinic has been designated as one of 10 nationally recognized Pediatric Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Centers of Excellence by the U.S. Network of Pediatric Multiple Sclerosis Centers and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
Our expert team, led by Aaron Abrams, MD, neurologist in the Center for Pediatric Neurology and Neurosurgery, and Mary Rensel, MD, neurologist in the Mellen Center for Multiple Sclerosis, provides comprehensive team-based care for children and adolescents with MS. In collaboration with neuro-ophthalmologists, rehabilitation specialists, rheumatologists, immunologists, neuropsychologists and neuroradiologists in Cleveland Clinic’s Neurological Institute, they develop a monitoring and treatment plan specific to every child’s personal and disease-specific needs.
