Visiting Hours
Wondering about visiting hours? At Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital, we have open visitation. This means that you can visit loved ones in the hospital 24/7 — except in some ICU settings and our Regional Rehabilitation Center.
Mercy Regional Rehabilitation Center Visitor Hours
- Monday through Friday: 4 – 8 p.m.
- Saturday: 1 – 8 p.m.
- Sunday: 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.
If you have circumstances that may not fit these visiting hours, please contact the social worker.
Contact a Patient
At Mercy, we welcome our patients’ family and friends. Your presence is very important to patient healing and wellbeing. If you have questions, please call our patient information line at 330.489.1105.
To reach a patient’s room dial 588-5 plus the patient’s room number.
Also, you are welcome to send mail to a patient. Volunteers will deliver and pick up patient mail in the morning. Please be sure to include the patient’s full name as shown below:

Pharmacy
Following your same-day surgery, emergency department visit or inpatient stay, have your prescriptions conveniently filled at the Pharmacy at Mercy Marketplace. Located on the main campus of Mercy Hospital, our retail pharmacy provides quick while-you-wait service and affordable prices.
Mercy’s pharmacy:
- Accepts all major prescription drug plans, as well as self-pay customers
- Offers next-day service on prescriptions that must be ordered
- Stocks select vitamins and over-the-counter medications for cough and cold, pain relief and more

Mercy Hospital welcomes all friends and relatives of our patients. Our main campus is located in the heart of Stark County, Ohio, at 1320 Mercy Dr. NW in Canton, 44708, just south of the Pro Football Hall of Fame and easily accessible from Interstate 77.
Mercy Hospital has negotiated special rates for visitors at many local hotels. Please make sure you identify yourself as a family member or friend of a patient at Mercy Hospital.
