They need to know if you have any of these conditions:
This medication is only for use in the mouth. Follow the directions carefully. Wash hands before and after use. For temporary use to treat mouth irritations, place several drops on the affected area and spit out after 2 to 3 minutes, or place 10 drops on the tongue, swish with saliva for several minutes, and spit out. For everyday use, apply to the toothbrush, cover with toothpaste, and brush as usual. Do not touch the tip of the bottle to the inside of the mouth, fingertips, or other surface.
Talk to your care team about the use of this medication in children. While this medication may be used in children as young as 2 years for selected conditions, precautions do apply.
Overdosage: If you think you have taken too much of this medicine contact a poison control center or emergency room at once.

If you miss a dose, use it as soon as you can. If it is almost time for your next dose, use only that dose. Do not use double or extra doses.
Interactions are not expected.

Keep out of the reach of children and pets.
Store at room temperature between 15 and 30 degrees C (59 and 86 degrees F). Keep container tightly closed. Keep bottle away from excessive heat and direct sunlight. Throw away any unused medication after the expiration date.
