IRB Study Number 25-697
Status Recruiting
Location Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital
Institute Digestive Disease & Surgery Institute
Description
This study is for adults who had surgery for rectal or sigmoid cancer and are living with bowel changes after surgery. We are testing how easy it is for patients to understand a new questionnaire about bowel function and daily life after low anterior resection.
If you join, you will complete a one-time phone or video interview (about 30–60 minutes) with a trained researcher. During the interview, you will answer the questionnaire and then talk about how you understood each question, what was clear, and what was confusing. Your feedback will help us improve the questionnaire for future patients.
