Description
Primary Objective
Evaluate patient perceptions towards the impact of COVID-19 on cancer care, including their mental and social health, and perceived change in their access to care at a comprehensive academic cancer center.
Secondary Objective
Evaluate the patients' perceptions of telehealth implemented during the pandemic.
Inclusion Criteria
4.1.1 Age: 18 years and older. The Cancer Centers do not treat persons under 18.
4.1.2 Any cancer diagnosis, at any pathologic stage or histology.
4.1.3 Established patients followed by a medical oncologist, radiation oncologist, and/or surgeon at Cleveland Clinic Florida.
4.1.4 Able and willing to participate in the survey.
Exclusion Criteria
4.2.1 Under 18 years of age.
4.2.2 No prior history of any cancer diagnosis (including in-situ pathologies).
4.2.3 New Patients seen by a medical oncologist, radiation oncologist, and/or surgeon at Cleveland Clinic Florida between April to June 2020.
4.2.4 Unable or unwilling to participate in the survey.
