Bradford Borden, MD, FACEP

Bradford L. Borden is Vice Chief of Staff, Chair of the Department of Emergency Medicine within the Integrated Hospital Care Institute and Chair of Professional Staff Affairs at Cleveland Clinic.

Previously, Dr. Borden was Associate Chief of Staff and Chair of the Emergency Services Institute at Cleveland Clinic. Prior to those roles, Dr. Borden served as CEO of Emergency Care Specialists, Inc. He was also Medical Director of the Department of Emergency Medicine at Cleveland Clinic’s Marymount Hospital in Garfield Heights, Ohio and served as President of the Marymount Hospital Medical Staff from 2007 to 2009.

Dr. Borden graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency training in Emergency Medicine at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio, where he served as chief resident. He is board-certified and is a member of the American College of Emergency Physicians.

He is a member of numerous committees, including the Main Campus Medical Executive Committee, the Professional Conduct Committee, the Cleveland Clinic Emergency Management Steering Committee, the Risk Steering Committee and the Emergency Services Quarterly Collaborative. Dr. Borden also serves on the Board of Governors Professional Advancement Council and on the Board of Directors for the CCHS Indemnity Co., Inc.
