Beri Ridgeway is Executive Vice President and President of Cleveland Clinic London. In this role, she will build on the organization’s strong momentum as one of the leading private hospitals in the United Kingdom. An obstetrician-gynecologist, she has served Cleveland Clinic in various leadership positions since 2009.
Previously, Dr. Ridgeway was Enterprise Chief of Staff for Cleveland Clinic. She was responsible for 10,000 physicians, scientists and advanced practice providers and has managed global initiatives to increase access for patients. She has played a central role in advancing clinical and academic priorities across the Cleveland Clinic enterprise.
Prior to her appointment as Chief of Staff, Dr. Ridgeway served as Associate Chief of Staff, Institute Chair of the Obstetrics, Gynecology and Women’s Health Institute and was the inaugural academic chair for the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Biology.
Dr. Ridgeway graduated from the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine and a fellowship in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery and minimally invasive surgery at Cleveland Clinic.
She has authored more than 80 peer-reviewed articles and 10 book chapters and presents regularly at national and international meetings. Dr. Ridgeway maintains an active clinical practice alongside her colleagues and continues to improve the quality of life of her patients.
