  • 5:30 p.m. Cocktail reception (with mint juleps, of course)
  • 6:45 p.m. Post-time! Bidding and viewing of the 151st Kentucky Derby
  • 7:30 p.m. Program and dinner featuring Southern fare
  • 9 p.m. Dessert and live entertainment
