Dr Tonelli is probably a good doctor. Unfortunately I didn't have that experience. I was very anxious. He never acknowledged that and basically the only thing I got from my visit was that things didn't look good and someone would be in touch with me to set up an appointment for a test. Just a little empathy would have meant a lot. I understand doctors are very busy but showing an interest in patients as individuals means a lot.

As always Dr. Tonelli did an excellent job handling my care. He is professional, attentive to my care, and as always very kind.
