Dr. Dimarino was extremely thorough, kind, attentive and really cared about our child. I would highly recommend anyone see her. It was our first time and she really took the time to listen and make sure our kiddo was okay. She explained everything in detail and we learned a lot. We were thankful we were able to get in and see her.

Dr. DiMarino is wonderful! I can't tell you how happy I am to have met her. She embodies relationship-based care. I met her in the hospital with my other child and when this child needed pulmonary I requested her. She remembered us immediately and asked about my little one. I loved not having to explain family history all over because she already knew how complicated my kids are. It's nice to not have to repeat hard medical history's every appointment with new providers.

I called in May to set up an appointment as we are previous patients from UH, they tried to get a scan that we had already had at UH recently and I asked if we could talk to Dr. Dimarino because I thought the additional scan was unnecessary, she said she would message Dimarino and let me know. I waited 2 months for a response, nothing, I called back. The new receptionist was very helpful, denied the test, scheduled the appointment and was able to get us an appointment in the same week that I spoke on the phone with him. At the appointment I found that the first receptionist never in fact messaged the doctor. So first receptionist very poor. The one who scheduled the 7/26 appointment very good.

Dr. Dimarino made us feel heard and that made us feel confident that she was providing our son with the best care. She asked so many questions to pinpoint her course of treatment- and in those questions it was evident she knew his chart. She was so prepared and is so warm toward us and our son!

Arlie has been sick for a while so when I came to this appointment I was worried and looking for a solution. The doctor took time and listened to Arlie's full story on her illness journey. She did not talk over me. She asked very insightful question to really try to understand the full scope of what was going on. She also seemed genuinely concerned and did not give generalized recommendations. I really felt heard and confident in the plan of care after I left. It was a great appointment and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a doctor who will listen and provide personalized care. She was very nice and relatable, shared stories about her own children to ease my worry.

It wasn't ideal for us to travel so far to Amherst for this apt. but it was well worth the drive - the doc was wonderful! (& the entire staff).

Dr. DiMarino spent a good amount of time with us and seemed interested in understanding my child's medical history, issues, and my concerns. I appreciated that she did not make me feel rushed and was patient and thorough in answering questions. I would've liked her to wash her hands well and put on gloves before examining my child.
