Dr. Hirschauer was amazing. Genevieve is so curious about all medical stuff, but also nervous she has to have procedures. Dr. Hirschauer was patient with her nervousness and explained everything. We had to use suction to get the ear tubes sitting in her ear canal, and he was so patient, taking breaks as Genevieve needed them. They both stuck with it, and those tubes came out, which means we can more fully see how Evie's ears are doing on their own and prevent future appointments that we wouldn't have needed. It was amazing!
