Dr. Williamson took time with me to explain everything I had concerns about to the best of her ability. She treated me like an informed parent and I really appreciated that. She also put some of my fears at ease about surgery and future visions concerns.

Dr. Williamson was very patient and understanding.

Dr. Williamson is highly skilled and thorough. She was patient and came up with an alternative plan to help my anxious teenage daughter. The plan worked and she is now able to wear contacts and manage them with ease. We originally scheduled with her because of my daughter's amblyopia and history of orbital fracture. She is wonderful!

Dr. Williamson was very kind and patient with my son. She took the extra time to find his precise diagnosis. My son won't go anywhere else.

Dr. Williamson was amazing and took the time to connect with my daughter, who sometimes has a hard time at doctor appointments.

She didnt really give me an opportunity to speak. I had to interrupt her so I can ask questions and voice my concern. If I was a more quiet person, my concerns could have gone unnoticed.

Doctor needs to be explain more details about patients & parents concerned

Reviewed on Mar 28, 2024

The doctor was over an hour late to the appointment. She was minimally apologetic and not very friendly entering the room. She completed and eye exam which was not a concern of mine. She discussed treatment options none of which were practical for an 8 month old baby. In later speaking to another doctor she gave me tips and suggestions how to go about the treatment options for a small baby. This doctor I saw was unrealistic and I don't feel like she was very emphatic for the situation.

Dr. Williamson was and is wonderful.

Reviewed on Feb 26, 2024

Doctor Williamson was thorough, but she appeared to be hurried in her examination. It seems to me that she should have explained better in layman's terms, what the problem is with my daughter, and I wouldn't have had to ask a lot of questions in order to understand her condition. In addition, it would be helpful if she had a handout that summarized her findings. It was disappointing that we had to wait 90 minutes past the scheduled appointment time for my daughter's appointment, and no one came to the exam room to inform us that she was running behind schedule. It seems after Dr. Marcotty retired from the practice, the care has gone downhill a bit.

She loves her doctor.

Dr Williamson is very thorough and respectful of the patient and their parents concerns.

Very apologetic of the delay despite it not being her fault. Took her time and explained everything well.
