Meagan Is phenomenal. We met her once so far and she was amazingly helpful. She has been the only doctor out of four who told us that Prozac can be an activator and may be intensifying his emotional meltdowns. She helped us make a plan to help our son when we were at our wits end and were close to admitting him.

I scheduled an original appointment. At the time of scheduling, they were scheduling a month or two out, so I was disappointed. Then the provider had to cancel that appointment and it took another month before we saw her. This was for a psych eval we wanted because she was having behavioral problems due to her mental health. I worry about patients that are more critical, having to wait that long to see a provider.

Megan Houser was excellent- engaged, kind, empathetic. She put my daughter at ease right away. I felt very confident in her opinion. We saw another provider for my other daughter in the fall of 2023 and she was the complete opposite- opinionated, judgemental and condescending- so I was nervous about this appointment. But Megan made me feel respected and heard. I am glad we found her.

The Dr r commended Counselling & only sent places up towards Cleveland until asked for others more towards Akron/Kent where we live!

Meagan has a passion for patient care and it is evident that she truly cares about our daughter and her total health.

Meagan is a wonderful provider, and her care has changed our daughter's life. Her timely assessment of our daughter's needs and then immediate follow through and regular follow up with us has made every difference for Katie. Mental wellness resources are challenging to access yet Meagan made and continues to make the process and access accessible to our child.
