Deborah C. Gordon is the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, Chief Governance Officer and Secretary at Cleveland Clinic. In this role, she’s responsible for all legal matters in the Cleveland Clinic health system.
Previously, Deborah was the Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Legal Officer for Memorial Hermann Health System in Houston, Texas.
She holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Illinois College of Law.
Deborah serves on the board of the Holocaust Museum Houston and the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association. She holds a Directorship Certification and a CERT Certificate in Cyber-Risk Oversight from the National Association of Corporate Directors.
