Biography

Sarah Jessome is a Nurse Practitioner at Cleveland Clinic Canada. Ms. Jessome is experienced in providing primary care to patients of all ages, both virtually and in person, as well as nursing care in the maternal and neonatal intensive care unit, and the cardiac care intensive care unit. 

Ms. Jessome obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Cape Breton University in Sydney, Nova Scotia. She went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing at Athabasca University in Alberta. She has since completed training in basic cardiac life support, advanced cardiac life support, and critical care nursing. 

Ms. Jessome has always been passionate about helping others and she truly enjoys working closely with her patients to help improve their health and wellness. She has a strong interest in primary care, pediatrics, chronic disease management, diabetes, COPD, and mental health. 

When she’s not seeing patients, Ms. Jessome enjoys travelling and spending time with her large family.
