Biography

Muriel Mangialardi is a Registered Dietitian supporting the Executive Health Program where she coaches patients to achieve their daily health and nutrition goals. Ms. Mangialardi completed a degree in Psychology from McMaster University before attending The University of Western Ontario, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in nutrition and dietetics.

In her professional career, Ms. Mangialardi has supported patients managing chronic diseases and those wanting to reach optimal health with tailored nutrition plans that meet their unique needs. Her expertise lies in weight management counseling, nutrition strategies for busy lifestyles, and optimizing nutrition to manage chronic disease. Ms. Mangialardi is skilled at educating and empowering her patients to make informed food choices that enhance their health and support overall well-being. Working both in-person and virtually with patients, she uses a combination of cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing techniques to help them reach their goals.

Ms. Mangialardi is a results-oriented dietitian with over 10 years of experience in both clinical and private practice settings. She brings a wealth of experience and a personalized touch to her nutrition coaching sessions.

When she’s not seeing patients, Ms. Mangialardi enjoys baking, yoga, and spending time with her family.
