Biography
Saba Seda is a physiotherapist at Cleveland Clinic Canada.
Mr. Seda obtained his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health Sciences before completing his Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto. He has experience assessing and treating a variety of orthopaedic conditions, particularly high-performance volleyball, baseball, soccer, and football players. He was a member of the Canadian national lifesaving team, which competed in Australia in 2012. Having played sports all his life, he understands the mechanics required and the strict timeline needed for his patients to return to their sports.
Mr. Seda is dedicated to developing treatment plans for symptom relief as well as comprehensive injury prevention programs. He believes that consistency is key for training and for injury prevention.
When he’s not seeing patients, Mr. Seda plays a variety of sports including volleyball, soccer, tennis, snowboarding, and hockey. He is a coach for a 13u girls rep volleyball team and is fluent in English and Farsi.
