Mentor Trike & Bike

Are you ready to ride? Intended for ages 3-12, Trike & Bike is a fun introduction to the world of fundraising, fitness, and philanthropy. This event gives older children the opportunity to ride their bikes around a large loop, while younger riders can ride their tricycles and striders in a “tot lot”.

Upon registration, children will receive their own Personal Fundraising Page and a goal of $25. On this page, they can share why they are riding and add updates and photos. 1OO% of the dollars raised by participants supports pediatric cancer research at Cleveland Clinic Children’s.

Helping Hands Hero 5K

Please join us for a 5K run/walk for all ages through the zoo. There is also a 50 yard dash for kids of all abilities (walking, running, in wheelchairs or with other assistive devices). This event will raise money to provide patients at Cleveland Clinic Children’s Hospital for Rehabilitation with funding to obtain equipment that is not covered by their insurance companies such as safe car seats, electrical lines for ventilators, and wheelchair ramps.

Drive Out Cancer

Please save the date for 2019 to play and support the patients of the Hillcrest Hopsital Cancer Center. In 2018, we raised $39,000 to directly benefit our patients by supporting their cost of living expenses while they undergo cancer treatment at Hillcrest Hospital. We thank you for helping us to ease the financial burdens of our patients and families while they heal. There are many opportunities to contribute: as an event sponsor, corporate sponsor, hole sponsor, breakfast, lunch or dinner sponsor, foursome or individual golfer. We welcome your participation and look forward to spending the day golfing together.

Docapalooza

Docapalooza is a live music event fundraiser for Cleveland Clinic's Caregiver Hardship Fund. Three bands, comprised of Cleveland Clinic caregivers, raffles with exciting prizes such as airline tickets and a laptop, and "celebrity" bartenders (Cleveland Clinic leadership) are featured at this event at the House of Blues in Cleveland. The Caregiver Hardship fund raises dollars for caregivers facing financial issues such as utility shut-offs, eviction notices, fire and weather damage, illness, etc.

Tim Bruder Golf Outing

Join us for the Tim Bruder Memorial Golf Outing. All event proceeds are applied to the “Helping Hands Fund” within Cleveland Clinic Digestive Disease Institute, which helps cover the costs associated with colorectal surgery, such as medications, accommodations, meals, and transportation. Golf is $340 per foursome and hole scholarships are available for $75.

Paul's Walk

Join us for a walk as we celebrate and remember Jack Matia, who passed away unexpectedly at the age of 25 of a genetic cardiac condition. Participants can walk or as little or as much as they want around the one-third of a mile course. Walkers can raise money through sponsorships, either by fundraising on their own or by forming a team, however there is no fundraising requirement. Funds from this event will support Cleveland Clinic’s Center for Clinical Genomics.

Brain Aneurysm Awareness Run

The Cleveland Clinic Cerebrovascular Center is hosting its fourth annual Brain Aneurysm Awareness 5K Run and 1 Mile Walk. Our charity race seeks to raise awareness, celebrate survivors, and raise monies for brain aneurysm and hemorrhagic stroke support and research. We plan to dedicate proceeds jointly to Cleveland Clinic brain aneurysm patient support services and research.

Raising Hope One Glass at a Time

Hosted by oncology staff members from Cleveland Clinic Medina Hospital, this casual afternoon open house features wine and beer samplings, appetizers, beverages and desserts. Raising Hope also includes live music from The Adjustments, gift basket raffle and 50/50 raffle. Proceeds from the event are used by oncology staff to improve patient care and outcomes. Examples include pharmacy co-payments for patients in need, treatment milestone celebrations and additional patient care “extras”.

Never Forget Nolan James

In honor of Infant Loss Awareness Month, and our son Nolan James, this reverse raffle/fundraiser will benefit the NICU at Cleveland Clinic Children's. Our goal is to raise enough money for the NICU to purchase a special piece of equipment to help care for these special babies, like Nolan!

Each ticket is $40 and it will double as a single entry into the reverse raffle with a grand prize of $1500. A catered dinner and open bar are also included.

Additional raffle tickets will be for sale at the event, for a chance to win gift baskets and other prizes.

Cleveland Indians and HOMAGE are partnering on a Carlos “Cookie” Carrasco T-shirt to raise funds for pediatric cancer research at Cleveland Clinic Children’s.
