WQMX's Think Pink Party

94.9 WQMX is hosting a Think Pink Party on Wednesday, May 25th, with Caitlyn Smith and Kassi Ashton at Jilly's Music Room in Akron! Join us for an intimate, vibey, acoustic show at 7pm. Tickets are $20, with a limited number of VIP Meet & Greet tickets available for $30. Proceeds benefit WQMX Bosom Buddies, providing free mammograms for those in our community who can't afford them.

Jack Vigneault Memorial Golf Outing

Location: Weymouth Country Club, 3946 Weymouth Road, Medina, OH

After a few years’ hiatus, we are excited to bring back the Jack Vigneault Memorial Golf Outing. Each year golfers gather together to honor the memory of John “Jack” Vigneault who passed at a young age. His family greatly appreciated the care he received at Medina Hospital. In turn, the funds raised from this event support Cleveland Clinic Medina Hospital's strategic priorities.

Miles for Migraine

Movement Matters: Mind, Body & Advocacy. The Race for a Migraine Cure Begins with You

Miles for Migraine will host its 5th annual 2-mile Walk (or Intentional Movement of your choice), 5K Run and Relax Cleveland Event on Saturday July 16th at Rocky River Reservation. This event is a fundraiser for Migraine & Headache Awareness, Treatment & Research. Dress up in your best purple flair for a chance at a fun prize!

All funds raised will benefit local migraine and headache research and fellowship training programs at Cleveland Clinic and UH Cleveland Medical Center Headache Centers (participants should select Cleveland Clinic as their beneficiary when they register)

7th Annual Ruhlin Clays Classic
Date: Wednesday, August 31 at 11 a.m.
Location:   Hill 'n Dale Club

Join us for a day of shooting, raffles, food, and fun. Experienced and novice shooters alike are encouraged to attend. Proceeds will benefit the Cleveland Clinic Akron General Emergency Department. Food and drinks will be provided to all shooters.

We’re excited to host an in-person “Bike to Cure” weekend in 2022! Join us Sept. 9-10 as a Rider, Virtual Fundraiser (participate anytime, anywhere and in any way you choose) or as a Volunteer. Latin for “swift cure”, VeloSano is a year-round fundraising initiative to support lifesaving cancer research at Cleveland Clinic. Since the inaugural ride in 2014, nearly $30 million has been raised and 1OO% of those funds are hard at work in the fight against cancer.

License Plates for Cleveland Clinic Children’s

Cleveland Clinic Children’s branded license plates are now available for purchase through the Ohio BMV. A portion of the proceeds from every plate purchased will be donated to Cleveland Clinic Children’s. The plates are available on BMV website under organizational plates.
