I was seen at my appointment time. Dr. Grobman ordered X-rays which were taken right away. The doctor saw me right away afterwards and discussed the results with me. Dr. Grodman treats me with respect, dignity, compassion, and empathy. He allows me to take an active part in my care by explaining clearly what my condition is and the possible treatment options. Yesss he was honestly sooo nice to me and even though the visit was very short he still gave me the time I needed to explain my situation and he also explained everything about my back in simple terms. I was very anxious about this appointment but the doctor was very helpful and to me, was very considerate and didn't come off as one of those cold doctors who can unfortunately be dismissive at times. Validated my pain and explained the next steps to take. I also messaged him on the my chart app and he replied to me in less than 20 minutes which was nice because I know how busy the hospital can get

First appointment made was with a Dr who could not see me because I needed an mri. So when appointment was made they did not inform me of this until the day before. Therefore I had a wait with Cleveland Clinic before they could schedule an appointment

MRI results were not reviewed with me. I had to contact the doctor for interpretation, and ultimately he was not concern with my reason as why I when to see him. He did not provide explanation on my pain that I experiencing few months.
