Dr. Zervos was wonderful. I felt very happy to have been scheduled to see him specifically. He had a very kind, friendly, and patient demeanor / disposition, and I felt he was extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful in how he considered my personal case and what actions would be best to take in treating me. I would highly recommend him to anyone and felt the challenges I had in scheduling the appointment (due to the department being seriously understaffed though I hear now that 1-2 new doctors have been added) and the long wait time was well worth it. I am happy he is my doctor as I feel extremely comfortable with him, and that is the best feeling one can have about their relationship with their medical provider.

The person who I was communicating with gave me an estimate of when my appointment may be scheduled for. I informed her that I will be traveling during that period and would like to know if it would be possible to get an appointment for an earlier date. She told me that she can put me on the waitlist in case there is a cancelation. A few days later she called me and scheduled my appointment for a week later. It was great to hear that the doctor can see me that soon.
