Concierge Medicine program members will have physician communication available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including personalized support during medical emergencies.
Minimized wait times and longer appointments
The program is designed to allow in-depth patient-physician relationships, which is made possible by limiting the size of the practice. Program members will have dedicated time with a Concierge Medicine physician and appointments are scheduled so that there is sufficient time to ensure that your healthcare needs are met.
Personalized health management plans
We offer a highly-personalized health assessment and ongoing health management program which keeps you in regular communication with your Concierge Medicine physician. An emphasis on prevention and long-term wellness means that your unique health needs and goals will be addressed with the focused attention in a world-class environment, close to home.

Fully supported by Cleveland Clinic’s extensive international clinical network that span the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and United Arab Emirates. Our Concierge Medicine program can provide members support and coordination of care at multiple locations.

What are the benefits of being a member?
The Concierge Medicine program provides comprehensive medical care to meet your specific healthcare needs and goals. You have the ability to reach your physician and healthcare team directly, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Additional benefits include, but are not limited to, personalized healthcare plans, more time with your physician at appointments, and access to healthcare coordinators.
How will the program provide a personalized experience from my physician?
The number of patients in the concierge medicine program is limited. This enables the physician to devote ample time to you during each visit and focus on your individual needs. The program allows your physician to develop a personal relationship with you and provide the highest level of care and attention to your medical needs.
How can I become a member?
Contact us online to arrange for a membership consultation appointment. There is no cost or obligation for this appointment.
Will my insurance plan pay for the membership fees?
The annual membership fees are not covered by insurance. The annual membership fee covers the primary care provided by our concierge healthcare team.
Will my physician be available to me while I am traveling or out of town on an extended basis, including my residences in other locations?
Yes. Your physician and concierge medicine healthcare team will be available to you by MyChart or telephone while you are away.
What happens when my physician is on vacation?
When your physician is on vacation another qualified concierge physician will be available. The healthcare team will remain available.
