It means you’ll be able to connect with your primary care concierge physician when you need them — even in the evenings or on weekends. You also don’t need to wait for appointments with your physician, helping you get the care you need when you need it.
Yes. You will be able to reach your primary concierge physician directly — on their office line during business hours and on their personal cell phone after hours.
Your primary care concierge physician, along with the concierge healthcare team, will coordinate any specialty care needs you may have.
Yes. Your physician and concierge medicine healthcare team will be available to you by phone or email while you’re away. They can also help you find a nearby facility where you can receive in-person care. The availability of virtual visits is subject to state and country regulations and laws.
Your concierge healthcare team will continue to be available, along with another trusted concierge provider — even when your physician is away.
Executive Health at Cleveland Clinic is a separate program that offers a one-day, comprehensive annual physical. The goals of the Executive Health program are to discover potential health problems, target, reduce and eliminate medical risk factors and promote wellness. The Executive Health provider acts as a consultant — not as your dedicated, more accessible concierge physician. Patients who join both programs benefit from the coordination of care.
To ensure we remain a robust, patient-focused concierge practice, Cleveland Clinic Concierge Medicine is a full self-pay concierge model. Your annual membership fee covers a wide array of services, including all office and virtual visits with your concierge medicine provider. Usually, annual membership fees aren’t covered by insurance, but you may wish to check with your insurance company. Any care from Cleveland Clinic providers beyond the concierge program may be covered by the standard terms of your insurance.
