Increased Physician Communication
Concierge Medicine program members will have direct physician communication available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including support and coordination of care for medical emergencies when traveling for business or pleasure.
Minimized Wait Times & Longer Appointments
The program is designed to allow in-depth patient-physician relationships, which is made possible by limiting the size of the practice. Program members will have dedicated time with a Concierge Medicine physician and appointments are scheduled so that there is sufficient time to ensure that your healthcare needs are met.
Personalized Health Management Plans
We provide a highly-personalized health assessment and ongoing health management program which keeps you in regular communication with your Concierge Medicine physician. An emphasis on prevention and long-term wellness means that your unique health needs and goals will be addressed with the focused attention in a world-class environment, close to home.
Fully supported by Cleveland Clinic’s extensive clinical network that reaches from Florida, the United States and Canada, Concierge Medicine program provides members support and coordination of care for specialty care, diagnostic tests and emergencies while traveling.

You have the ability to reach your physician and healthcare team directly, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Additional benefits include, but are not limited to, personalized healthcare plans, more time with your physician at appointments, and access to healthcare coordinators.
How will the program provide a personalized experience from my physician?
The number of patients in the concierge medicine program is limited. This enables the physician to devote as much time as needed to you during each visit and focus on your individual needs. The program allows your physician to develop a personal relationship with you and provide the highest level of care and attention to your medical needs.
How can I become a member?

What is included in the membership?
As a member of the concierge medicine program, you will receive the following benefits:
- An annual comprehensive health assessment and ongoing care management with continuous access to your personal healthcare provider
- Certain vaccinations provided at cost
- A customized specific disease prevention and health maintenance plan for your personal health goals
- Coordination of care, including scheduling specialist appointments and diagnostic studies
- Access to your healthcare records through MyChart
- Coordination of care for medical emergencies and hospitalizations
- Phone consultations with your healthcare team 24/7, 365 days a year, even when traveling for business or vacation
- Your phone calls will be answered directly by the physician or concierge healthcare team
Will the concierge medicine program accept insurance reimbursement?
No. The Cleveland Clinic Florida Concierge Medicine Program does not accept any insurance and does not participate in any government programs, including Medicare.
As a courtesy to patients, we will facilitate completion of paperwork on the patient’s behalf so the patient may be reimbursed directly by their insurance, based on the benefits of the patient’s individual insurance plan.
Will my insurance plan pay for the membership fees?
The annual membership fees are not covered by insurance. The annual membership fee covers the primary care provided by our concierge healthcare team.
Will my physician be available to me while I am traveling or out of town on an extended basis, including my residences in other locations?
Yes. Your physician and concierge medicine healthcare team will be available to you by phone or email while you are away.
What happens when my physician is on vacation?
When your physician is on vacation another qualified concierge physician will be available. The healthcare team will remain available.
