A new home for exceptional care.Beginning November 3, 2026, Cleveland Clinic Canada's Downtown Toronto clinic will welcome patients at its new home in Northbridge Place, 105 Adelaide Street West, near Bay and Adelaide.
Located just a short walk from our current clinic in Brookfield Place, the new facility has been designed to enhance the patient experience with modern clinical spaces, and advanced technology.
Designed to Enhance Patient Experience
- Patient-centred design: Located on the top floors of Northbridge Place, our new clinic has been thoughtfully designed to enhance your care experience. It features modern clinical spaces with natural light, outdoor spaces, welcoming waiting areas, and contemporary changeroom facilities to support a more comfortable experience.
- Connected care: Advanced diagnostic technology and integrated digital systems support collaboration among your healthcare team and provides you secure access to your health information through our MyChart, patient portal.
- Convenient location: Still located in Toronto's Financial District, our new clinic is easily accessible by the underground PATH network, TTC, GO Transit, rideshare services, and nearby public parking.
- Specialized clinical spaces: Two penthouse floors are dedicated to our Executive Health and Concierge Medicine programs (see renderings), with additional clinical space supporting specialty and sports health services.
Getting to Our New Downtown Clinic
Beginning November 3, 2026, all appointments scheduled at our Downtown Toronto clinic will take place at our new location.
The new clinic is easily accessible by the PATH underground system, TTC, GO Transit, rideshare services, and nearby public parking. Our new address is:

Taking the GO train
From Union Station:
Walking from street level
- Walk north on Bay Street to Adelaide Street West.
- Turn left and continue west to Northbridge Place.
- Enter through the entrance on the south side of Adelaide.
Taking the underground PATH network
- Walk through Royal Bank Plaza, TD Centre, Exchange Tower or First Canadian Place toward Northbridge Place.
Taking the TTC subway
The clinic is within walking distance of King Station and St. Andrew Station on Line 1 and is also served by the 504 King streetcar and 6 Bay bus.
From King Station
- Walk west along King Street to the main doors of First Canadian Place (beside King Taps Restaurant).
- Follow that hallway to the end to Northbridge Place. Take the elevators to the 10th floor.
- You may also use the PATH and walk underground from the station through First Canadian Place to Northbridge Place. Take the elevators to the 10th floor.
From St. Andrew Station
- Walk east along King Street to the main doors of First Canadian Place (beside King Taps Restaurant) and continue through the building to Northbridge Place. Take the elevators to the 10th floor.
- You may also use the PATH and walk underground from the station through First Canadian Place to Northbridge Place. Take the elevators to the 10th floor.
Walking from Brookfield Place
Our new clinic is just 500 metres away.
- Walk north on Bay Street, turning left on Adelaide Street and continuing west to Northbridge Place on the south side of the street. Take the elevators to the 10th floor.
- You may also use the PATH via Commerce Court and First Canadian Place to Northbridge Place. Take the elevators to the 10th floor.
Using Uber, taxi and accessible drop-off
Enter 105 Adelaide Street West as your destination.
- Drop-off is directly outside the Northbridge Place entrance on the south side of Adelaide Street West. Take the elevators to the 10th floor.

Enter 105 Adelaide Street West into your navigation app.
Paid public parking is available nearby, including:
- First Canadian Place / Exchange Tower Parking Garage — 109 Adelaide Street West
- First Canadian Place Parking Garage — 100 King Street West

If you're coming from the parking elevators, go to the ground level, then take the Northbridge Place elevators to the 10th floor.
