Pool Schedules

Pool Schedules

Find schedules below for all of our aquatic programs, including adult lap swim, family open swim and water fitness classes.

Aquatic Programs at LifeStyles

Family Open Swims (FOS)

Scheduled during dependent hours, the family open swim time is geared to, but not limited to, family entertainment. Toys and flotation devices may be available.

Adult Lap Swim / Exercise / Recreation Time (L/E/R)

Within each lane, adults may swim continuously in a workout setting, exercise or relax and play. Accommodations will be made for all levels of swimmers, including non-swimmers who prefer to exercise in shallow water or by holding on to the poolside.

This is the best time to take advantage of unscheduled pool time. However, all efforts will be made to keep at least one lane available even during organized programs. Ask the lifeguard on duty, if you want an extra lane line put in or taken out. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Aquatic Exercise Programs

Aquatic group exercise classes are scheduled at various times and days each scheduling period

Masters Swimming

Adult competitive swimmers and those serious swimmers who want to improve their swimming technique, skills and overall fitness can attend coached workouts in the Masters Swimming program.

Swim Team Practice and Swim Meets

LifeStyles is proud to be the home pool of some of our area high schools. Practice dates, days, and times vary for each facility. All teams will closely follow COVID-19 guidelines while participating at our facility. In addition to the practice schedule below, each team will have 4 to 6 home swim team meets. The dates and closures will be posted at each location with as much advanced notice as possible. Teams practice October through February.

Warm Water Pool

LifeStyles members and families may use the warm water pool for exercise and general use on a limited basis. All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult who is either the parent or the member responsible for a dependent when in LifeStyles.
