Overview

The Primary Care Clinics at South Pointe Hospital offers regular checkups for the whole family, so you can all stay healthy all year long. We care for all ages, from birth to adult. Our physicians can also see you for illnesses ranging from colds and flu to aches, pains and injuries, preventing a trip to the emergency department. 

Based on patients’ needs, a number of services are available in the office, ranging from simple office procedures to various lab tests. Other ancillary services are available on our campus.

Services provided include:

  • EKG and lab testing rehabilitation
  • Gynecology
  • Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT)
  • School athletic physicals
  • Department of transportation physicals
  • Vision and hearing screenings
  • Well child check-ups
  • Adult general internal medicine and vaccinations
  • Preventative health care
  • Diseases of the circulatory/nervous system and diabetes

The Family Medicine and ONMM Residency Clinics evaluate and treat patients of all ages. The Internal Medicine Residency Clinic evaluates and treats patients over the age of 18.

Financial Assistance

The Primary Care Clinics accept all major insurances. South Pointe Hospital is proud to serve our community with affordable health care.

Patients in need of Financial Assistance should contact a Patient Financial Advocate.

Medical Shuttle Service

This complimentary shuttle service is available to transport ambulatory patients living within a 5-mile radius of the hospital.

Appointments may be made Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
