The physician assistant provided excellent quality of care. Genuinely seems to care about my child's condition and providing solutions. I felt heard when explaining my child's worsening behavioral issues over the span of years. The PA was patient when discussing an appropriate treatment plan. The appointment ended with me feeling hopeful my child will finally receive much need medical treatment. Also, the communication and follow up with PA In MyChart and phone call is awesome. I greatly appreciate the quick responses to my messages.

I had such problems assessing the video call through MyChart the doctor contacted me over the phone and sent me another link so that we could do the video call which I very much appreciate him doing that

It was my first visit with this Dr. And I love his professionalism, his patience and the fact that he had a nurse to interact with my child un till we tolk about my sons case, treatment and further action. I recommended this Dr. To other parents with children's with my son's same condition. Thank you!

The PA we met with, Robert Werner, was awesome! My son and I both felt like he listened to our concerns, took them seriously, and offered good solutions. He had a great "bedside" manner and tried to find ways to connect with my son to make him feel more comfortable.
